
Administration and Invoicing Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administration and Invoicing Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, verifying and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
This includes reconciling discrepancies in invoices and resolving queries with internal teams/vendors.
Maintaining invoice records and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Assisting in the preparation of month-end invoicing reports and supporting documentation for audits.
Following up with clients/vendors for pending payments or clarifications.
The role also involves day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, record management and correspondence.
Supporting vendor management processes including onboarding, compliance checks and payment coordination.
Assisting with employee expense reimbursements and petty cash management (if applicable).
Providing administrative support to the Finance and Operations teams as required.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination.
Graduation plus relevant administrative experience, strong organizational skills and proficiency in office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Competency in the Microsoft Office suite encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Proficient in MIS development and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
