Customer Relationship Management Strategist

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Demand Management Lead to spearhead our CRM efforts.
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled professional to develop and execute CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth. As a Demand Management Lead at Capgemini, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
You will manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and system integration. Additionally, you will analyze customer data, behavior, and insights to identify opportunities for personalization and tailored marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. They should also possess experience in analyzing customer journeys, customer lifecycle, and customer experience optimization.
Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously are essential skills for this role. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 11-14 years of proven experience in CRM marketing, with a track record of successful CRM strategy development, demand generation, data management, and B2B marketing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with data management and segmentation techniques to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Experience in analyzing customer journeys, customer lifecycle, and customer experience optimization.
