Senior Pega Project Manager

A high-level technical project manager is needed to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Pega development projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Pega and provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 10-12 years of IT experience with significant exposure to Pega development and delivery
- Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or equivalent Pega certification
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integrations, and SDLC methodologies
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Pega development projects
- Utilize deep Pega knowledge to provide technical guidance and oversight
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams
- Oversee Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Drive integration efforts across systems and manage technical complexities related to architecture and interfaces
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
- Mentor and lead technical teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
