Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level applications using the Pega PRPC platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business process management and be capable of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Pega applications and workflows using Pega PRPC.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize and configure Pega systems to meet client specifications.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Integrate Pega applications with external APIs, web services, and legacy systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.
  • Document system configurations and development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Pega PRPC (7.x or higher).
  • CSSA certification (Certified Senior System Architect) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE, SQL, and Web Services.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Pega development.
