We are looking for experienced and certified Pega CSA/CSSA professionals with a strong background in Pega PRPC development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable BPM solutions to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure business process applications using Pega PRPC (preferably version 8.x).
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work on case management, decision rules, UI components, integrations, and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and provide production support.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Mandatory Pega Certification: CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect).
  • Minimum 5 years of Pega PRPC development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega concepts including flows, activities, agents, data pages, decisioning, integrations (SOAP/REST), and UI rules.
  • Experience in application deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/PLSQL) and integration with external systems.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
