The role of Staffing Account Manager is pivotal in our team, where you will foster and maintain robust relationships with clients across the technology and IT staffing sector.
Responsibilities- You will oversee and expand existing client connections within the technology and IT staffing domain.
- You will proactively seek new business opportunities to augment our client portfolio.
- You will understand clients' technical staffing needs and provide customized solutions.
- You will negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients.
- You will monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the technology and IT staffing industry.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
