Strategic Initiatives Specialist

As a strategic initiatives specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and scaling projects that can drive growth or operational efficiency within the organisation.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder management.
- Analyse performance data and user feedback to inform recommendations on project scalability, iteration, or sunset.
- Design and maintain documentation frameworks to capture learnings and share best practices across the organisation.
- Contribute to strategic planning processes and initiative pipelines based on emerging market trends and internal needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide structured problem-solving and strategic input.
- Prior experience in strategy, product operations, consulting, growth, or project management roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, basic SQL, or data platforms is desired.
- Proven ability to work independently and adapt to unstructured environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ambitious mindset – willingness to solve complex problems and build from scratch.
- Previous experience in high-growth environments, internal strategy/innovation teams, or startups is preferred.
