Customer Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively participating in support of incoming calls, demonstrating empathy for customer issues.
  • Utilize judgment, training resources, and knowledge base to provide consistent solutions to customers.
  • Document issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions with pinpoint level details.
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge that accelerates support and product expertise.
  • Engage with peers, managers, and organizational leaders to provide collaborative solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language.
  • Honest, dependable, and full of integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Demonstrated logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Consistently maintain a superior level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding and usage of various support tools.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computers, Electronics or related field.
  • Work experience in similar setup like IT support, retail customer support center with trouble shooting experience.
  • Experience with direct customer engagement in fast-paced customer focused environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal support.
  • Good typing speed at least 50 words per min.

  • A voracious learner and demonstrator of growth.
  • 100% conversant to listen, understand and respond in native accent.
  • Document everything with tremendous detail.
