Business Strategy Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, improve processes, and enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, translate them into actionable requirements, and develop functional specifications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of systems, processes, and data to propose innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and document business and system requirements.
  • Develop use cases, user stories, process flow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with best practices and are implemented efficiently.
  • Assess risks and constraints associated with proposed solutions and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between teams, track project progress, manage dependencies, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Assist in project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Review requirements to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Propose and implement enhancements to business processes and systems.
  • Promptly resolve queries from stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Create visuals to gather stakeholder feedback on proposed solutions.
  • Utilize ERP solutions for analysis and solution proposals.
  • Maintain effective communication to meet client requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or enterprise projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, SWOT, MoSCoW, etc.).
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs such as types of APIs, API development life cycle.
  • Basic knowledge of API Specification such as YAML.
  • Basic knowledge of XML and JSON.
