Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a LinkedIn lead generation role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential leads through LinkedIn to build strong business opportunities.

About the Role
  • Research and identify target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to develop a comprehensive understanding of industries and companies.
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to prospects to establish meaningful relationships.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic outreach plans to increase response and conversion rates through data-driven insights.
  • Track and report lead generation performance using CRM or spreadsheets to measure success.
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn algorithms, best practices, and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B prospecting with a track record of success.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead-gen automation tools to streamline processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must) to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, consulting, or staffing industries with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Knowledge of email outreach and multi-channel lead generation strategies to diversify efforts.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing principles to align lead gen efforts with overall business goals.
