- Outreach Strategies: Create and implement outreach strategies to increase response and conversion rates.
- Track Performance: Track and report lead generation performance using CRM or spreadsheets.
- Experience in Lead Generation: Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B prospecting is required.
- Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead-gen automation tools is necessary.
- Strong Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Research Skills: Ability to research industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in B2B SaaS, IT services, consulting, or staffing industries is preferred.
