About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Communications Specialist to lead our strategic communications and media relations initiatives. This pivotal role requires a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven professional to drive our brand reputation across traditional and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop impactful PR campaigns to elevate brand visibility and positioning.
  • Forge strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies.
  • Craft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought-leadership articles that resonate with key audiences.
  • Oversee crisis communication strategies and reputation management initiatives to safeguard our brand's integrity.
  • Monitor media coverage, provide insights, analytics, and ROI reports to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure message consistency across all channels.
  • Support client PR mandates, including product launches, press conferences, and events that amplify our brand story.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging PR tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media strategy.
  • Strong network of media contacts across print, digital, and broadcast.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with PR tools such as Meltwater, Cision, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in an agency environment is highly valued.
