Business Development Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the development and execution of business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to set realistic and achievable business targets.

  • Develop and oversee the creation of area-wise and product-wise business plans, ensuring they reflect market dynamics, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to achieve business plan goals effectively across all designated areas and product lines.
  • Ensure order booking aligns with the business plan targets, tracking performance against goals.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in business planning, sales operations, or marketing operations within a dynamic industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and business analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. ABP Development & Implementation:
  • Oversee the creation of area-wise and product-wise ABPs, ensuring they reflect market dynamics, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to achieve ABP goals effectively across all designated areas and product lines.
  1. Order Booking & Sales Execution:
  • Ensure order booking aligns with the ABP targets, tracking performance against goals.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
