
Senior Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the development and execution of business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to set realistic and achievable business targets.
- Develop and oversee the creation of area-wise and product-wise business plans, ensuring they reflect market dynamics, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to achieve business plan goals effectively across all designated areas and product lines.
- Ensure order booking aligns with the business plan targets, tracking performance against goals.
- Monitor sales pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience in business planning, sales operations, or marketing operations within a dynamic industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and business analytics tools.
- ABP Development & Implementation:
- Oversee the creation of area-wise and product-wise ABPs, ensuring they reflect market dynamics, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities.
- Implement strategies to achieve ABP goals effectively across all designated areas and product lines.
- Order Booking & Sales Execution:
- Ensure order booking aligns with the ABP targets, tracking performance against goals.
- Monitor sales pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain momentum.
