We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-backed growth strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. A key aspect of the job is to work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for growth.

Growth Strategies
  • Develop strategic plans by identifying key initiatives including paid media, SEO, packaging and design, direct marketing, partnership ecosystem, and offline extensions.
  • Oversee execution of these plans by collaborating with operations teams and departments to ensure successful implementation.
Digital Initiatives
  • Focusing on digital initiatives while maintaining a good understanding of creative and communication strategies.
  • Utilise strong understanding of paid media to drive brand awareness and growth through targeted campaigns.
  • Apply CRO principles to optimise growth initiatives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a growth-oriented role, preferably in consulting or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in tools like VWO, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Salesforce, and other relevant technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of CRO and other relevant growth tools and technologies. They should also have excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
