About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field\
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders\
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies\
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing\
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, preferred\
  • Familiarity with CRM software and SAP, preferred\
  • Strong negotiation and creative problem-solving skills, preferred\
  • Good understanding of finance and accounting principles, preferred\
  • Ability to travel frequently, as required\
