The role of a Chat Process Executive is to handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information regarding products and services, and resolving customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information.
- Excellent written English communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have prior BPO/chat support experience and hold an undergraduate or graduate degree in any discipline. They should also be willing to work in a rotational shift, including night shifts.
