About the Role:
This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and be able to drive growth and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage territory-level seller metrics like orders, TAT, CTT, OOS, and catalog updates.
- Drive cataloging and onboarding across supermarkets and other retail categories.
- Coordinate manpower hiring, induction, training, and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute growth initiatives such as store incentives and society activations.
- Lead store procurement, SKU expansion, and inventory monitoring.
- Manage catalog photography, data uploads, and issue resolution.
- Oversee store mapping, rostering, and operational compliance.
- Track and report key KPIs; drive improvements through data insights.
