Customer Success Manager

The primary goal of this role is to oversee customer relationships and ensure they achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical questions or escalations.
  2. Help customers develop tailored success plans, outlining critical objectives and key performance indicators.
  3. Measure and report on customer progress toward these targets both internally and externally.
  4. Partner with account management teams to secure contract renewals and expansions.
  5. Identify opportunities for enhanced usage across the customer's organization.
  6. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, quarterly business reviews, and annual business reviews with key accounts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of driving success.
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
