Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute various events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining exceptional quality and service delivery.
  • Closely collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management, ensuring quality service delivery and building strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitor event logistics and on-site operations, making real-time adjustments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Evaluate event success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence and a strong foundation in the events industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and management, showcasing expertise in planning, executing, and evaluating complex events.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with digital event platforms, including software and tools for online event registration and promotion.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies, allowing for creative and effective event promotion.
