Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage all aspects of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional support to patients, and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide assistance as needed via phone and other communication channels.
  • Schedule appointments and provide hospital information to patients and their families.
  • Manage patient complaints and escalations efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, patient details, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call handling targets and quality benchmarks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (additional languages an asset).
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Basics computer knowledge and MS Office data entry skills.
  • Ability to maintain a patient-centric and service-oriented approach.
  • Degree in any field with 1-3 years of experience in call center customer care or healthcare (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
