Job Overview

As a Senior Territory Service Representative, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound operations at the service centre. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of shipments.

  • Service to customers by providing intact and timely pickup and delivery of shipments (field work)
  • Ensuring connection of shipments picked up from own route
  • Developing territory or route
  • Growing business with existing customers in the route
  • Generating sales leads
  • Sharing competition information
  • Self-grooming and upgradation of product and operations knowledge
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Providing direction, guidance, and support to employees to help them discharge their duties effectively
  • Monitoring the performance of the team on a continuous basis to identify key performers
  • Mentorship and coaching subordinates to develop the team's capabilities and build a robust succession pipeline
  • Ensuring that the Service Centre is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements
  • Ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention of key performers

This role involves frequent travel, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and lifting heavy equipment.
