- Plan sales, EBIDTA and production strategies on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Review sales and production reports with deviation analysis, identify root causes of failures and formulate action plans.
- Closely monitor the sales funnel for all regions and customers.
- Support National Sales Manager in providing MIS and region-wise sales dashboard support.
- Develop and monitor action plans for the business unit.
- Manage working capital and cash flow for the business unit.
- Apply principles of Theory of Constraints (TOC) to daily business operations.
- Reduce working capital by 25% and increase volume sales by 30% year-over-year.
