Job Title:

Strategic Placement and Program Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading placement strategy and execution for all academic programs, driving campus recruitment through strong relationships with biopharma and life sciences companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive placement strategies for various programs.
  2. Build and maintain robust relationships with industry partners to drive talent acquisition and campus recruitment.
  3. Identify and develop new employment opportunities and establish a network of recruiters.
  4. Organize and manage recruitment drives, industry talks, career guidance sessions, and internship placements.
  5. Monitor placement metrics and provide detailed reports and dashboards periodically.
  6. Coordinate admissions processes, including outreach, application review, and candidate communication.
  7. Assist in program marketing efforts by engaging with academic institutions, industry bodies, and alumni.
  8. Oversee onboarding and orientation of new batches.
  9. Manage day-to-day class operations, including faculty coordination, scheduling, and student feedback.
  10. Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments to ensure smooth program execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in placement and program management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
