Role Summary: Placement & Program Manager

Qualification: MSc.

Experience: 8 - 14 years

Key Responsibilities

Placement & Industry Engagement:

• Lead placement strategy and execution for all academic programs.

• Travel, Meet, Build and maintain strong relationships with biopharma and life sciences companies to drive campus recruitment.

• Identify new employment opportunities and develop a strong recruiter network.

• Organize and manage recruitment drives, industry talks, career guidance sessions, and internship placements.

• Monitor placement metrics and submit detailed reports and dashboards periodically.

Program Admissions & Management:

• Co-ordinate admissions processes including outreach, application review, and candidate communication.

• Assist in program marketing efforts by engaging with academic institutions, industry bodies, and alumni.

• Oversee onboarding and orientation of new batches.

• Manage day-to-day class operations including faculty coordination, scheduling, and student feedback.

• Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments to ensure smooth program execution.
