Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused
Placement Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations to create placement opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with companies in clinical research, pharma, healthcare, and biotech sectors.
  • Coordinate campus placement activities, including job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer interactions.
  • Guide and mentor students to prepare for interviews, resume building, and career opportunities.
  • Maintain a placement database and track student outcomes.
  • Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure successful placements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Management, or related fields).
  • 1–3 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or career services (EdTech/Healthcare sector preferred).
  • Strong networking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
