Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing student placement activities, liaising with corporate partners, organizing campus recruitment drives, and providing career counseling to students. The role includes coordinating with academic departments, maintaining placement records, and preparing students with the necessary skills and knowledge for job opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with students, corporate partners, and academic departments
  • Experience in career counseling, student placement, and organizing recruitment drives
  • Proficiency in maintaining placement records and database management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
