
Strategic Placement Director

As a key member of the university's placement team, you will be responsible for spearheading student placements and ensuring seamless integration with various programs.
- You should possess strong analytical skills, have extensive connections with reputable corporate entities for campus recruitment, excellent negotiation, and communication skills.
The focus will be on driving all engagement activities from the pre-placement stage through to the placement procedure, closely monitoring, controlling, and reporting progress. Specific responsibilities include:
- A robust network spanning multiple industry sectors in the NCR region.
- Cultivating strong relationships with Industry Associations, Forums, and Industry Captains.
- Proficiency in leveraging online communities and social media platforms.
- Mastery in networking via job portals and technology platforms.
- Frequent interaction with industries to stay abreast of career opportunities and employment trends.
- Nurturing ties with other resources and institutions affiliated with government bodies.
- Collaborating with the Placement Department to identify internship opportunities for students.
- Managing comprehensive placement data and maintaining accurate records of internships and placements.
- Publishing regular reports based on placement data for periodic reviews.
- Ability to adapt to flexible and extended time requirements as needed.
- Organizing career development programs at the university and external agencies.
- Tracking application forms, pre-screening candidates, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Monitoring individual candidates' progress.
- Providing guidance on procedures to applicants.
- Maintaining precise and proper record-keeping of applicants' information in digital format.
- Developing Skill Lab Orientation programs.
- Coordinating student enrollment in the Career Service Tech platform with academic institutions.
- Delivering training programs at various academic institutions.
- Collaborating with subject experts and learning coaches to revise and update curriculums.
- Enhancing knowledge and providing feedback on methodologies in the training process.
- Overseeing and managing the Digitally Enabled Platform for which training shall be provided.
- Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
