Marketing Campaign Associate

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Marketing Campaign Associate to join our Partnerships and Alliances team.

In this role, you will support the development and execution of impactful partner-led marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position offers excellent exposure to international tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands, with ample opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Develop persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Build strong communication channels with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
