As an Associate Business Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading teams to achieve sales and admissions targets. The role involves developing and executing strategies to maximize student enrollments, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless coordination between teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and admissions targets
- Lead Sales Executives, Marketing Managers, and Center Teams to achieve desired outcomes
- Design and execute BTL campaigns to drive strong branding and visibility
- Monitor ROI of campaigns and optimize for better outcomes
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned centers
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Presales, Marketing, Academic, and Post-sales teams
To be successful in this role, you should have 6+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role. You should also have expertise in BTL/field marketing and lead generation, as well as excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales/admissions targets, strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities. They should also be familiar with EdTech, K-12 Education, Test Prep, FMCG, BFSI, or Telecom industries.
