Job Title: Business Operations Associate

The Business Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily business activities. This key position involves providing essential administrative support to various departments, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

This includes:

  • Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain various types of data into internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Document Processing & Filing: Manage and process various documents, including invoices, purchase orders, client agreements, reports, and internal correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, including drafting emails, letters, and memos, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting in preparing presentations and other office-related materials.
  • Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to gather information, clarify details, and ensure smooth workflow, handle basic inquiries from clients or vendors, and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, operations, and administrative activities, ensuring all processes adhere to company policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable and resourceful individual with excellent computer proficiency and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and supporting team objectives.

This is a full-time role, working from an office location, requiring 1-2 years of experience and any bachelor's degree. The role is based in India and is available for one position.
