Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for performing various back-end operations related to the US Mortgage domain. This includes tasks such as document review, indexing, and ensuring that operational activities align with procedural requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Operational activities are aligned with procedural requirements (e.g., documents review, indexing, etc.).
  • Achieves/exceeds KPIs (productivity, quality, etc.) as defined.

Qualifications & Core Competencies
  • Arts and Science graduates.
  • Excellent command of the English language, being fluent in spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Excel Knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in the US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM).

Additional Information

This role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
