Digital talent solutions and staffing firm is seeking an individual to join their team as a business development associate.

This role involves conducting research and identifying potential clients, creating outreach campaigns to generate new business leads, and supporting proposal preparation and client presentations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and have proficiency in MS Office with familiarity in CRM tools being an asset.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and staffing solutions, and may be considered for a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Create outreach campaigns to generate new business leads
  • Support proposal preparation and client presentations
  • Maintain accurate records of client and lead interactions

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
