Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

About the Role:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads & Google ads.
  • Create and execute campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Innovate and come up with new campaign ideas and share them with the team.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition & conversion, relevance, and customer preferences.
  • Drive and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like revenue, conversions, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Cost Per Install (CPI), etc. on a daily basis and prepare performance reports.
  • Acquire insights in online marketing trends in the industry, best practices, and keep strategies up-to-date.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Managed marketing budgets of at least 30 lakhs.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Strong soft skills such as high ownership, ability to multi-task, creative outlook, and excellent analytical skills.
