Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms. Your primary objective will be to drive awareness, conversions and growth for our brand through data-driven decision making.

This role is ideal for someone who loves digital marketing and wants hands-on exposure to running high-impact campaigns for a fast-growing consumer brand. You will report directly to the brand team and work closely with creative, design and e-commerce teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Plan, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Drive key outcomes such as conversions, retention and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously analyze campaign data, optimize targeting, creatives, placements and bidding strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Track budgets and daily spends against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Share insights and reports with the brand team to inform future campaigns.
Requirements
  • Candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing or up to 2-3 years of experience.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, numbers and reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for consumer brands and e-commerce marketing is a plus.
