About the Job

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in planning, project management, and execution for campaigns across both digital and offline channels. The goal is to increase awareness, customer engagement, and sales through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient processes to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize future marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and analytics software.
