Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, driving issues to closure, and collaborating with our technical experts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on industry-leading solutions, leveraging your technical expertise in product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles. You will be working closely with our Network Architects and Directors of Fortune 100 companies, contributing to the development of innovative solutions that address real-world challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms, with strong knowledge of Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer and stakeholder interaction.
- Technical expertise in product upgrades and hotfix lifecycles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive issues to closure.
