Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and playing a key role in building culture-fit teams for clients across industries.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for tech and non-tech roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and manage interview processes.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through outreach and engagement.
  • Track recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements for better efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • 13 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A candidate-first mindset with attention to creating positive hiring experiences.
  • Interest in global hiring and exposure to offshore recruitment.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
