Green Start is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. We are specifically seeking a professional with a proven track record in recruiting for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), with a strong focus on Information Technology roles.

As an HR Recruiter specializing in GCC recruitment, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT talent to support our global operations. Your expertise will be vital in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various Information Technology positions within our Global Capability Centres.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Maintain and update recruitment tracking systems and generate reports on key metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in GCC recruitment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with significant experience in hiring for Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for a wide range of Information Technology roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the GCC talent landscape and specific recruitment challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
