About Us Nathan & Nathan is a leading HR and recruitment firm, providing end-to-end staffing solutions to top organizations across the Middle East. Our clients trust us for our speed, quality, and deep market insight. What You'll Do - Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top talent to clients. - Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their business and hiring needs. - Source candidates using multiple channels job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networks. - Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring journey. - Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence. - Collaborate with your teammates to achieve and exceed recruitment goals. What We're Looking For - 4-8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing or agency environment. - Proven success hiring mid to senior-level professionals across various industries. - Strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and listening skills. - Adaptability and openness to new ideas, tools, and processes.
