Responsibilities - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions across various domains. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies. - Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer roll-out and onboarding. - Maintain and grow a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams. - Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of recruitment metrics.
