Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Placement Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create employment opportunities for students.

  • You will identify and target top companies in the IT sector with strong brand recognition and reputation, and develop strategies to engage with them and promote the benefits of recruiting students from our institution.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate meetings and presentations with company representatives, collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals, and organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events.
  • Your role will also involve coordinating job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs, as well as staying updated on industry trends and providing relevant information to students.
Requirements
  • Possession of a Postgraduate degree in any field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role is ideal.
  • Candidates with qualifications from reputable universities will have an added advantage.
