We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through successful event sales and sponsorship deals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth through successful event sales and sponsorship deals.
- Event Sales & Sponsorship: Sell expo space, conferences, and sponsorships to clients, ensuring that all sales meet or exceed targets.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-8 years in sales, preferably in the events industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Events, Media, or Advertising.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM software.
