Role: Junior Consultant / Associate Consultant – Business Consulting

Job Description:

  • Conduct in-depth research to understand clients' business needs and industry landscape
  • Benchmark competitors to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Design and deploy new initiatives with implementation plans, including timelines, expected outcomes, and measurement criteria
  • Collaborate with client teams to execute projects at the ground level
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and make timely adjustments
  • Ensure regular follow-ups to ensure project timeline achievement
  • Stay updated on best practices, tools, and technology to enhance project outcomes

  • Adaptability to understand multiple industries and business models within a short timeframe
