Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Cynosure Corporate Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing employee attendance, leave records, and organizational development requests. You will also perform various clerical tasks, such as drafting and managing emails, preparing quotations, and organizing shooting and work schedules for projects. Additionally, you will oversee data management by copying and organizing electronic and physical files related to shooting projects and managing property storage lists for easy access. Furthermore, you will maintain the accounts book by accurately entering income and expenses and preparing and issuing invoices for services rendered. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to facilitate communication by conducting introduction and pre-sales calls to potential clients and sending reminders to employees and clients regarding deadlines. You will also follow up with clients for feedback and approvals, ensuring all communications are documented and addressed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
