Job Title: Firearms Training Specialist

About the Role:

The Firearms Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing a structured firearms program that promotes skill, discipline, and excellence in the sport. This includes designing age-appropriate training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced shooters, focusing on technical, tactical, and mental skills required in shooting sports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for students of different age groups and skill levels.
  • Focus on technical, tactical, and mental skills required in shooting sports, including safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
  • Identify and nurture talent for district, state, national, and international competitions.
  • Provide individualized guidance to students enhancing performance and confidence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Certified Shooting Coach (National Rifle Association of India or equivalent certification mandatory).
  • Additional certifications in sports psychology or fitness training (desirable).
