We are looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training data sets for AI models that can help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice.

Your primary duties will include annotating data to help AI models align with human values, analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.

To succeed in this position, you will need a Master's degree or above in a STEM field, excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, and the ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields.
