Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom machine learning and deep learning models for business-specific problems (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, recommendation systems, etc.).
  • Build and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Europe to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Optimize models with advanced techniques (hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, GPU optimization).
  • Contribute to research initiatives and adopt the latest innovations in LLMs, generative AI, and automation frameworks.
  • Document technical processes, architectures, and pipeline workflows for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Requirements include a bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field, as well as 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions. Additionally, strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines, proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques are required.

Preferred skills include experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models, exposure to real-time/streaming data processing, knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration, and experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
