We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

This position is ideal for those passionate about leveraging machine learning to create cutting-edge solutions. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing an AI-native software that enhances both creativity and productivity for teams and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build high-performance search and retrieval systems utilizing large language models (LLMs) and recent developments in foundation models.
  • Evaluate and assimilate emerging techniques into production systems.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks for agent, RAG, and LLM performance, with a focus on polyglot approaches and open-source models.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • A strong background in either distributed data systems or machine learning engineering, with experience in distributed computing frameworks like Ray.
  • Proven ability to experiment with new techniques and deliver robust production code, with experience in Python, LlamaIndex, LangChain, and other technologies mentioned above.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging foundation LLMs, building RAG systems, and planet-scale information retrieval systems.
