Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values. This includes driving initiatives to attract, retain, develop, and engage top talent while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies for long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with the overall organizational strategy.
  • Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Identify training needs and create learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance retention, job satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Develop a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
  • Utilize data to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or related field required.
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
