Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you passionate about identifying and attracting top talent to drive business success? Do you have prior experience in IT recruitment and a proven track record of delivering results?

This role involves end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will be responsible for understanding client/candidate requirements and aligning the best talent to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source and attract top talent in the IT industry.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, professional networks, and other channels to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Hiring Process Management: Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Candidate Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to build trust and ensure their long-term engagement with our organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Educational Background: Educational background in Technology (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, BSc. etc.) is preferred but not essential.
  • Sourcing Skills: Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and professional networks are required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
